My step won't come out — is that a motor?

Sometimes, but just as often it's the magnetic door switch, a seized linkage or the control module. We test before replacing.

Can a sagging door be fixed or does it need replacing?

Most sagging doors can be adjusted or rehung. Replacement is usually only necessary with real frame damage.

Do you replace weather seals?

Yes — door seals are a cheap repair that solves a lot of water and bug complaints.
