What we collect

When you submit the service request form we collect the name, phone number, email address, RV year / make / model, the location where your RV is parked, and the description of the problem that you provide. We also receive whatever you include when you call, text or email us.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your request, schedule and perform service, order parts, invoice you, and follow up about the work. We keep records of completed jobs for our own business and tax purposes.

Text messages and consent

If you check the SMS consent box, you agree that we may text you updates about your appointment and service. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not required to book service, and we will not sell or share your mobile number with third parties for their marketing.

We do not sell your information

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business (for example, a phone or scheduling provider, or a parts supplier when an order requires it), and when required by law.

Cookies and analytics

This site may use cookies or similar technology and basic analytics to understand how pages are used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.

Data retention and security

We keep customer records for as long as needed to service the account and meet legal and accounting obligations, and we take reasonable steps to protect them. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
